DR. OLIVE C. SEATON, DD.

District Elder, Dr. Olive C. Seaton is the Senior Pastor of Zion Apostolic Church, Inc. in Bronx NY. Pastor Seaton was ordained in the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. in 1975. As an evangelist she served the leadership of her father, the late Elder Walter A. Seaton, who was called from labor to reward in January 1988. In June 1988 Evangelist Olive C. Seaton received the pastorate of the Zion Apostolic Church, Inc.

For more than five decades Pastor Seaton has stood in the vanguard of the divine service in the fields of science, religion and community service, fulfilling the mandate proclaimed by Christ the Redeemer, inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these….. ye have done it unto me (Matt 25).

Pastor Seaton attained the rank of RN from the Helen Fuld School of Registered Nursing in 1975, and a B.S. degree in Behavioral Science from Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry in 1981. She received her Doctorate of Divinity from Christ Theological Seminary in 1995.

Pastor Seaton is an active member of the P.A.W. New York State Council, serving as a member of the Council's Executive Board. She also is the director of the Ushers and Nurses Guild.

Throughout a lifetime of ministry and service, this distinguish church woman, educator and provider of medical services has held high ideals of duty, honor and faithful Christian service, discharging her duty toward God, His people and the people of Christ entrusted to her care.
